everything in the hotel was nice our second stay this summer
room cleaning personnel had a couple persons who did not even acknowledge you when going by at least look at a customer and smile

The sevice and restaurant was good and the swimming pool area and pool very good. The beach and walk way were easily accessed from the pool area.
The door onto the balcony was too difficult to open due to the locking arrangement. During our stay the weather deteriorated with very heavy rain and wind, the balcony door leaked badly and towels were used to soak up the rain water

the rooms are well cleaned with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors. the pleasant restaurant with good breakfast and dinner is a nice plus.
Their breakfast is far too expensive, can definitely be improved.

The location was particularly good: gift stores and a drugstore were within walking distance. Btw, the airport was 12 miles away. The rooms were newly renovated and equipped with a balcony and bathroom comfortable and complimentary breakfast.

We got a nice, quiet room on the top floor looking into the city. The beds were great and the maids were punctual. Dinners at the hotel restaurant were good and we were surprised that most guests did not eat there?!

Nothing
1 the sink was clogged soon as we got in the room. 2 the toilet did not flush after one use . 3 the fire alarm went off at 630 am and continued to go off every 30 minutes till 1030 am 4 I had to wait 5 days till I got my refund . Meanwhile I had to get another room some where else and pay out more money while waiting for my refund . All hotel can say is sorry. Absolute joke this place was

38€ valet parking in the 40th st??? Ocean Drive gets better prices... Valet cost more than the rental car. There are better places to stay ( value for money).

The hotel had a lovely beachy decor, with wooden shutter headboards and colorful striped curtains. The staff were very attentive.
More comfortable seating options would enhance relaxation.
